Welcome to the office of Career Services, a department of the West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG), a non-profit and the primary private organization serving the United States Military Academy and its graduates.  We are excited that you have chosen our team to enable your career and recruiting success.

For our graduates: we strive to deliver you world class opportunities befitting a world class talent pool.  Our team supports all West Point grads through all phases of their career development: self-discovery, exploration, decision-making, and job search strategies.  Through the most current educational resources, industry leading partners, and a mentor network of graduates from all industries, Career Services brings life to WPAOG’s vision to be the most highly connected alumni body in the world.

    Meet Our Team

    Ahmond Hill ’02, Director of Career Services

    Ahmond is an experienced leader with expertise in all facets of business management, acquiring and developing talent, financial analysis, and team-building. Ahmond holds a background in business management with Wal-Mart, John Deere and large corporations. He holds a M.A. Teaching in Secondary Education from Liberty University and is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Education program at Liberty University. Ahmond branched Field Artillery upon graduation from West Point.

    Meg Barge, Assistant Director

    Meg joins the Career Services team as an experienced career, individual and family services counselor. Recently, Meg was a Virtual Facilitator for the DOL’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP), where she assisted hundreds of transitioning military servicemembers as they pivoted to new opportunities beyond uniformed service. As an active-duty military spouse, she also lends her professional expertise in career counseling and human resources operations to the broader Milspouse community as a volunteer.  She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University as well as a Bachelors in Psychology from Auburn University.
