Welcome to Career Services

Welcome to the office of Career Services, a department of the West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG), a non-profit and the primary private organization serving the United States Military Academy and its graduates.  We are excited that you have chosen our team to enable your career and recruiting success.

For our graduates: we strive to deliver you world class opportunities befitting a world class talent pool.  Our team supports all West Point grads through all phases of their career development: self-discovery, exploration, decision-making, and job search strategies.  Through the most current educational resources, industry leading partners, and a mentor network of graduates from all industries, Career Services brings life to WPAOG’s vision to be the most highly connected alumni body in the world.

For employers: we serve as an extension of your organization.  We provide a clear path and single point of contact to connect you with West Point alumni who are ideally positioned to make immediate contributions to your team.

For our global footprint of West Point Societies: we are your partners in providing value to the Long Gray Line.  Please take a few moments to review the content that we’ve put together specifically for you to help grads navigate their career development path in your geographic areas.

We are proud to administer and support the Service Academy Career Conference, a consortium job fair exclusively representing the combined talent pool of alumni from the five federal service academies.

On behalf of the entire Career Services team, thank you for visiting our site.  We look forward to meeting or speaking with you soon!
